BIO

My professional life has been a journey of discovery and growth. I've always enjoyed working with people, which was evident from my first role as a Projects Coordinator at a translation agency. In this role, I honed my project management skills, learning to listen attentively to clients and identify their pain points. A year later, I transitioned into a translator and copywriter role, which deepened my understanding of business goals and prioritizing the reader's needs.

After deciding to move abroad and pursue an MA in political science and sociology, I discovered my passion for research. I was fortunate to join a research group as a research interviewer, a role I thoroughly enjoyed.

For the past three years, I have been working as a full-time freelance translator. However, I found myself missing the collaborative nature of working with a creative team and grew weary of the monotonous aspects of linguistic work. This realization led me to reevaluate my career path. By applying design thinking methods, I recognized that I could combine my research skills and artistic passions, leading me to the field of UX design.

Embarking on a self-taught journey in UX design, I learned what it takes to truly understand users and manage projects from start to finish. Since then, I have been expanding my toolkit and designing across the full spectrum of product design, from research through to UI and implementation. I derive immense meaning from working on impactful projects, particularly those in the medical, sustainability and social sectors.

I hope you enjoy my portfolio and would love to connect if there's an opportunity to collaborate or discuss design!
